appellant.
Shri Pushpraj Singh Sisodiya, learned counsel for the
respondent.

Heard on the question of admission.

The appeal is admitted for final hearing.
Also heard on I.A. No.2404/2017, an application under
Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for grant of
maintenance pendente lite.

As per Annexure-R/1, the respondent/husband is getting
Rs.23,726/- per month.

Considering the aforesaid, we direct the respondent to
pay total amount of Rs.7,500/- per month as maintenance
pendente lite to the appellant from the date of application till the
first appeal is finally decided by this Court. The amount of
arrears of maintenance pendente lite be deposited within a
period of six weeks from the date of order and the respondent
shall regularly deposit the amount of maintenance pendente lite
@ Rs.7,500/- per month during pendency of the appeal.

With the aforesaid, I.A, No.2404/2017 is allowed in part
and stands disposed of.
