  1. Under which section of Indian law being stated that an educated lady is not entitled for maintenance

    1. There is not section to say Educated women is not entitled for maintenance; but law says who can claim maintenance.
      A women who is unable to maintain herself, who has no means to pay her bills.
      there are many judgments on that also please search mynation

    what does “no means ” stand for?
    under which section “no means being defined”.

    This is one of the rarest case being concluded.
    Highly sensitive approach being expected.
    Highly inappropriate words in the conclusion.

  3. One sided judgement. Conclude r in background relationship with the respondents.most fake papers created in favour of respondents.
