Counsel for the appellant states that he has got instructions to

state that the appellant is not in a position to pay the arrears of maintenance

pendente lite and litigation expenses in compliance with the order dated

12.10.2017.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the appeal deserves to be

dismissed for non-payment of amount of maintenance pendente lite

pursuant to the order passed in application under Section 24 of the Hindu

Marriage Act on 12.10.2017.

Ordered accordingly.

It will be open to the respondent to execute the above said

order in accordance with law.
