Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the
petitioner in case FIR No.72, dated 26.06.2017, under Section 406 IPC,
registered at Police Station , Sector-20, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is
not involved in any other case and during the investigation, no recovery has
been effected from the petitioner; the offences are triable by the Court of
Magistrate; charges have been framed and it will take long time for
conclusion of the trial.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh
Kumar, has not disputed the factual position.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, in view of the
fact that the offences are triable by the Court of Magistrate and it will take
long time to conclusion of the trial; the petitioner is not involved in any
other case, the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail subject to
his furnishing bail /surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Illaqa
Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
