Petitioner seeks transfer of a case filed under Section 25 of the

Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, titled as “Sh. Princepreet Singh vs Smt.

Harpreet Kaur”, pending in the Court of learned Guardian Judge, Amritsar

to the court of learned Guardian Judge, Gurdaspur.

None has appeared for the respondent today. No reply has been

filed.

Heard.

It comes out that earlier also a petition filed under Section 9 of

the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 between the parties was transferred by this

Court to the District Courts, Gurdaspur. The minor son is living with the

petitioner at Gurdaspur.

Therefore, in view of the difficulty of the petitioner and

keeping in view the fact that the other litigation is also pending at District

Courts, Gurdaspur, the case filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and

Wards Act, 1890, titled as “Sh. Princepreet Singh vs Smt. Harpreet Kaur”,

pending in the Court of learned Guardian Judge, Amritsar, is withdrawn

from the said court and transferred to the court of learned Guardian Judge,

Gurdaspur.

As such, present petition is allowed.
