Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the
petitioner in FIR No. 174 dated 30.08.2016 under Sections 406, 498A, 34
IPC registered at Police Station Sector 51, Gurgaon.
It is submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved
between the parties during the pendency of this petition. Petition under
Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has since been allowed on
20.02.2018. The entire settled amount has been handed over to respondent
No. 2. CRM-M-21096-2017 has been filed for quashing of the
aforementioned FIR on the basis of compromise. It is, thus, prayed that this
petition be allowed.
Learned counsel for the State verifies that the aforementioned
facts and confirms that the petitioner had joined investigation, pursuant to
interim order passed by this Court.

There are no allegations on behalf of the State that the
petitioner is likely to abscond or that he is likely to dissuade the
witnesses from deposing true facts in the Court, if released on bail.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances noted above but
without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, it is considered just
and expedient to allow this petition. Consequently, order dated 27.04.2017
is made absolute.
