ORAL ORDER

02/ 05.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with

Agamkuan P. S. case no. 642/2017 registered under sections

341, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is obvious that except section 354 IPC, all

sections are bailable in nature and so far as section 354 IPC

is concerned, the same is not applicable against the

petitioner.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/

surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this

order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.M isc. No.19557 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in Agamkuan P.

S. case no. 642/2017 subject to condition as laid down under

section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
