Mr. Naresh Kumar Manchanda, Advocate,
for the respondent-wife.

Mr. Divanshu Jain, Advocate has appeared and filed power of

attorney on behalf of the appellant with no objection of earlier counsel.

Entire arrears, calculated till 31.03.2018, amounting to

Rs.3,40,000/- has been paid to respondent-wife Navdeep Kaur, present in

the Court, in the shape of a bank draft.

The application is disposed of having outlived its utility with a

direction that the appellant-husband shall deposit the maintenance pendente

lite by 10th of each month in advance till the final decision of the appeal.

Counsel for the respondent-wife shall give the details of the

bank account of the respondent-wife to the counsel for the appellant-

husband within a period of one week.

Appeal be listed as per turn.
