At the outset it is submitted by counsel for the appellant that in
compliance to order dated 13.03.2018, the appellant has opened an

account in Zila Sahakari Kendriya Bank Maryadit, Vidisha and also

furnished the BPL status. As regards BPL, learned counsel for the

appellant relying an affidavit filed by appellant on 16.03.2018 has

submitted that she is not availing any subsidy under any scheme of the
State Government or Central Government and she also does not hold
a
hy
any BPL card.
Be that as it may, by order dated 13.03.2018 respondent was

also called upon to comply the order passed on 19.12.2017 on the

application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act directing
maintenance pendente lite for Rs.6000/- per month to wife and
of
Rs.3000/- per month to child and Rs.1500/- to meet out the
rt
conveyance charge for appearing in the present matter. It is submitted
ou
on behalf of appellant that the said order has not been complied with.
It is stated on behalf of the respondent that the order of

maintenance pendente lite as also order to pay conveyance charge

shall be complied with within a period of fifteen days.
