This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 104 dated

31.05.2013 under Section 498A/406/120B of IPC, registered at Police Station

Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur and orders dated 10.04.2014 and 16.10.2014 passed

by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala and learned Additional

Sessions Judge (A), Gurdaspur respectively.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, from HC Balwinder

Singh, submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as both the

petitioners have since been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 01.08.2017.

Ordered accordingly.
