1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.102/2017 was registered at Police Station Budhadit,

District Kota for offence under Sections 377 I.P.C. and Section 5/6

of POCSO Act, 2012.

3. No case for grant of second bail is made out as the child in

this case is 12 years and he has levelled allegation against the

petitioner of unnatural offence.

4. The second bail application is rejected.
