FOLLOWING:

JUDGMENT

H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral):

1. This appeal is directed against the order dated

27.10.2017 passed in G WC No.187/2017 by the Principal

Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru.

2. We have heard the appellant, who appeared in person

and perused the record.

3. By the impugned order, the trial Court at Bengaluru

has dismissed the petition filed by the appellant for custody

of his minor son by name Ganesh on the ground that it had

no jurisdiction to entertain the petition as the child, whose

custody was sought for, was admittedly residing with the

respondent at Davanagere.

4. We find no error in the impugned order to warrant

interference in appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.

MFA No.9160/2017

survive for consideration; it stands disposed of accordingly.
