This Crl.P. is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the proceedings initiated in pursuance to the order dated 21.11.2012 passed by the C.M.M., Bangalore, to the effect of registering a case against the petitioners in C.C.No.23407/12 for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3, 4, 6 of D.P. Act etc.
