It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner and other
witnesses had been threatened by the opposite parties no. 2 to 9 when they went to attend the trial
court at Kakdwip.

Let this revisional application appear under the heading “motion
adjourned” two weeks hence.

Mr. Ayan Basu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of
the State, is present in court and is requested to appear in this matter.

Let a copy of the revision petition be handed over to Mr. Basu in course
of the day.

Mr. Basu is requested to submit report with regard to the grievance of
the petitioner on the next date of hearing.

The petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional
application on the on the opposite parties no. 2 to 9 through registered speed post
with acknowledgment due and to file an affidavit of service at the next hearing.

There shall be stay of all further proceeding in Sessions Trial
No. 3 (3) 2016 arising out of Dholahat Police Station Case No. 158 of 2010 dated
July 4, 2010 under Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending
before the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Kakdwip, South 24-Paraganas,
for a period of four weeks from date or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The petitioner is at liberty to pray for extension of this order
on the selfsame application upon notice to the opposite parties. The opposite

parties are also at liberty to apply for variation, vacation and/or modification of

this order upon notice to the petitioner.
