Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioners in FIR No.127 dated 05.12.2016 under Section 498A IPC registered

at Police Station Women, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has

been amicably resolved with respondent No.2. Petitioner No.1 and respondent

No.2 are now living together peacefully and in harmony. Therefore, this

petition be allowed.

Kumar, informs that untraced report has been prepared in this case as the matter

has been amicably resolved between the parties. Custodial interrogation of the

petitioners is not required.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above but without

commenting upon or expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

petition is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be

released on bail to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer. Petitioners shall

comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
