Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned

Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted progress report in

FIR No.41/2017, P.S. Madanganj wherein, it has been mentioned

that charges for the offences punishable under Sections 354 IPC
(2 of 2)
[CRLMP-1350/2017]

and 7/8, 9(ch)/10 POCSO Act have been found proved against the

accused Lalit Yadav. So, the grievance of the petitioner is

redressed to some extent in this respect.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, it is directed that further investigation and the

proceedings be completed under the supervision and guidance of

the Superintendent of Police, Ajmer in this matter.

This Criminal Misc. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
