38. Offences to be cognizable –

 

 

 

Every offence under this Act shall be cognizable within the meaning of the [ [ Note: Subs. by Act 25 of 1983, s. 14 (w.e.f. 22-6-1983) ] Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)].
