Section 38. Cantonment employee to be deemed a public servant
Every officer or employee, permanent or temporary of a Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code and clause (c) of section 2 of the Prevention of Corruption Act,1988.
