338. REMOVAL FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR MISMANAGEMENT.

A company in general meeting may, by special resolution, remove its managing agent from office for gross negligence in, or for gross mismanagement of, the affairs of the company or of any subsidiarythereof.
