Name: Nitin Makwana Website: Visit	Please help the innocents husbands and their family which are dragged unnecessarily and misusing the law very heavily inspite of giving all leasure and comfort to the wife... I and my family are recent victims of this so-called 498A/323/114/125 filed by my father-in-law through my wife... inturn they infact kept harrassing me and my family ... threatening us all the time since marriage happened (feb 08). Please help us to get freed from these greedy people...they are asking 15 lacs rupees for out of the court settlement.. r they doing business of their daughter...??

Name: Shailesh Bawa Website: Visit	I would like to put up a question as i am presently a victim and me and my family is suffering this partial law ie if the ' JUDGE TELLS THE GIRL'S LAWYER TO ASK THE GIRL'S PARENTS WETHER THE ANTICIPATORY BAIL SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE BOY O AND HIS FAMILY OR NOT' being all the proofs in faviour of the boy, then what is the boy suppose to do. This is a live case which has occured in Bhopal court by ADJ Kulshreshtha for the 498A case no.822/08. As a Citizen of India i would like to ask the Supreme Court if there no protection law for innocent husbands then why this big 'TAMASHA' of legalality, the boys should just be told there Cell no. of the jail. Name: Prassoon Suryadas Website: Visit	I've been threatened to pay 32lakhs to get divorce by mutual consent. Myself and both my age old father and mother got arrested and is been charged 498A. Even if it may cost my whole life i'm not gonna pay them a single penny. Every failed marriage is now turning into 498A and extort maximum money from the husband and harrasing age old people. This should be stopped at any cost.

Name: Dr. pankaj Website: Visit	Me and my parents are victims of misuse of 498-a by my wife for past 5 years.my wife compromised in the trial court regarding quashing of 498-a in a written statement, got a criminal case against her mother from myside compounded and then on her part refused in the high court of delhi to honour her WS before court and so court didnt quash the proceedings. I felt total apathy towards men in the high court and feel cheated by both law and my wife.

Name: Ravindra Singh Jassal	The term "Relatives of Husband" is a PRIME WEAPON at hands of FALSE 498(A) FILERS & should be dropped from this section. I sometimes laugh at NCW which says that adultery by wife be made civil offense. I pray to God that their own Daughter-in-Laws do the same and these Unscrupulous NCW Women get the very taste of their own medicine.
