3. Fee to be paid along with the application
Every application under rule 2 shall be accompanied by a demand draft drawn in favor of the Pay and Accounts Officer, Department of Company Affairs, New Delhi towards payments of requisite fee as specified in the Companies (Fees on Applications) Rules, 1968.
