126. Preparation of statement of affairs
Any person who under section 454 is required to submit and verify a statement as to the affairs of the company shall be furnished by the Official Liquidator with the necessary forms and shall be given such instructions and afforded such reasonable facilities for preparing the statement as the Official Liquidator may in his discretion consider necessary.
