188. Application by contributory to vary the list
Subject to the power of the Court to extend the time or to allow an application to be made notwithstanding the expiration of the time limited for that purpose, no application to the Court by any person who objects to his being settled on the list of contributories as finally settled by the Official Liquidator shall be entertained after the expiration of 21 days from the date of service on such person of the notice of the settlement of the list. An order varying a list of contributories shall be in Form No. 83, and an order rectifying the Register of members and the list of contributories shall be in Form No. 84
