4. Form of proceedings
Every proceeding shall be dated and shall be instituted in the matter of the Companies Act, 1956, and in the matter of the company to which it relates. The contents shall be divided into separate paragraphs which shall be numbered serially. The general heading in all proceedings before the Court, and in all advertisements and notices, shall be in Form No. 1.
