Section 11 – MONOPOLIES AND RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES RULES,1970

11. Application under section 36(3) of the Act

(1) Where an application is received by the Director General under sub-section (3) of section 36 of the Act and he is of the opinion that it can be disposed of in conformity with any general directions issued by the Commission, he shall do so after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard.

(2) Any application made to the Director General under sub-section (3) of section 36 of the Act shall be accompanied by six additional copies thereof.]
