Any basic idea how to threat arthritis using Sunflower Oils? or i should say, i will use sunflower oils for cooking, would that be okay? please let me know, thank you very much!

  2. We have been using Sunflower Oil for the past 35years, My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and I have asthma for the past 10yrs
    so where have I gone wrong to have all this?
