In India, Fatherless child has no Rights his own, so there is no Child Rights Violation.

If Father takes Child with him when Spouses separated, then whole Legal system of India come into mothers rescue, even they brand Father as Abductor and he Violated Child Rights.
Indian Law Support Women only, so she can claim money in the name of Child or Blackmail Child father for money by keeping child as a Ransom.

As i wrote, National Child Commission (NCPCR) most of the times they refuse to take Fathers complaints giving vogue reason. Even Indian Courts 12 long years to decide just Visitation still NCPCR has no set of guidelines to these Judges, that shows they also support what judges do.

Judges says, they are doing it in best interest of the child.

If anyone ask a Child “Whom he/she will prefer ?” and No child is able to answer this question. Most of the time when child is with mother, he will just look at mothers what to answer.
May be that child is totally brain washed for years, or the day Judge asks, and child is strictly instructed what he/she has to say.

Child cannot say what Mother is instructed, because he knows what will happen if he tells, what he was instructed to tell.

For sure they will tell Child “If Judge asks, You want mom or Dad, say Mom, or else……
Do not tell anyone that i told you to tell, You want Mom, or else……..
BEWARE…! If you tell anything against us to anyone…..
And Which Child is dare to tell against all of these Threats
And Child will believe all BAD things Mother and her Family told about Childs Father, coz Child has no option to know the Truth, other version from Father side.

Even court Orders, visitation or take Child out for the Day, Child will refuse to go with Father, not because, he wanted but he will do what he was instructed.

No Child is refusing to take Chocolates, but when i went to meet my son in his school second time, i took so many Chocolates as he took from me when i went.
But Second time he refuse to take, but he said the Truth, that his grandmother will beat him if he take Chocolates.

Mother and her Family will violate all children’s rights coz there is no Punishment for them. Coz “Fatherless child has no Rights his own, so there is no Child Rights Violation.”

Child Ministry has Power to make rules and set Guidelines to make Available to Child both Parents but NCPCR has not made any attempt.

Unfortunate Fathers are fighting for decades just to get Visitation, but Blind NCPCR never sees their plight.

They can make Visitation by Both parents compulsory once a month at least. Or every week if both parents stay nearby.
Both Parents should share expenses of Child;
Such guidelines can avoid long legal battle,Money,Time and precious Childhood which both parents can enjoy.

But Indian Judiciary, NCPCR never make such attempt.

Because they Follow Feminists Agenda to make India, A Fatherless Nation.
