Gender biase even before Birth

In reference to Act No. 57 of 1994 in General THE PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (REGULATION AND PREVENTION OF MISUSE) ACT, 1994 [ Ref :http://mynation.net/prenatal.htm ] is telling killing male child is not crime, or it nowhere says aborting male child is punishable under this act, that sheild mother, even she abort male child. The feminist supported law gives legal rights to women to kill Boy fetus even before its birth.
Why this Biase Even before Birth.
1. The government earnestly wants abortions, rewarding it, and punishing those who do not practice it (People with more than two children cannot get government employment or stand for election). Therefore, the government wants us to kill babies, both male and female (See http://mohfw.nic.in).
2. However, as the government, vide its “Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994?, etc., makes very clear, if you abort a female fetus, you will be liable to be prosecuted, on the presumption that you had determined the sex of the fetus as female and have for that reason aborted the fetus, while there is no punishment for aborting a male fetus [ Ref :http://mynation.net/prenatal.htm ]
An Act to provide for the regulation of the use of pre-natal diagnostic techniques for the purpose of detecting genetic or metabolic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities or certain congenital malformations or sex linked disorders and for the prevention of the misuse of such techniques for the purpose of pre-natal sex determination leading to female feticide; and, for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India
Therefore, logically speaking, the government wants you to abort male fetuses only, and not female fetuses.
