Vasai legal service committee letter 46/07 dated 16/04/07
Presidents Secretariat? correspondence No.8(177)/2007-P(I) dated 3/05/2007

In the year 2000 I was falsely victimized under section 498A IPC, and charged with Criminal Complaint bearing No. Regular Cr. CC No. 317 of 2000 U/s 498(A), 323, 504, and 506 IPC before the Honorable Court of Jt. Civil Judge JD & JMFC Vasai, Thane Dt.,? by my wife; and she was present in the court only once 7 years back; and said case still going on.

For last 7 years, I approached all Law and Legal Authorities; requesting to do justice.
Her 7 year absence it self proves that she filed false case, Even after Honorable Court of Jt. Civil Judge JD & JMFC Vasai sent warrant in 2005 also she failed to come to court and face trial, as she has no respect towards law and judiciary and she misused said provision.

I request you hereby, to take action or guide Honorable Court of Vasai to issue non bailable warrants only to produce her, and other witness to court; as she is misused, abused the process of law; Or Drop the case in no time. She also played fraud on the Honorable Court and deserves to be dealt with the firm hand of law.?

Please ignore this letter; if you support this misuse, and state sponsored legal terrorism

Thanking you

Rudolph DSouza.

  1. why go to womens commiisions they are the persons who have always creted havoc when the 498a act was to be ammended or scraped. There should be hanged-till-death punishment for this women organisation and those who defend one sided laws under the pretext of protecting (pretending -to-be-weaker )weaker ( god know how they r weaker).the only option left for the victims of 498a is to pick up the gun and kill the wife,in-laws the lawyer, the judge, and the womens organisatiuon and the law makers.

    go ahead shoot them.

    anyway you r dead.

  2. Rather than crying for justice you should demand justice. File case against her for filing a false case and defamation and let her suffer like you. These bitches should not be spared at any cost.
