After that night; their visit was just routine;

She started to come every night with her cousin sisters after 10PM and started to abuse me, insult me and checking how I kept home and what I cook. If I do not open the door they started to bang; as I was totally alone and did`t had any close relatives also in Vasai.

Next Sunday my Dad Came from my native place; and introduced Vasai priest Fr.Peter Bombacha as he was very good friend of my dad. He assured my dad here after I’m his son; anything happens he will look after me as he was having very good hold over Vasai people. Father advised me to meet a well known person in Vasai who can tell police to stop this threat and abuse and that gentlemen came with to police station and told Sub Inspector and Inspector told me if they come again to Abuse me give Complaint at police station.

After few days my Dad left to native place then Again they started to come, reason, she has some of her cloths to take, as they were not taking those cloths but in the name of cloths they were coming in and abusing me.

I filed complaint LC-1012 dated 17/07/2000, that day Inspector called her cousin sisters and told before dawn take Everything whatever she left in my house. That day they came and took whatever they left even her Torn cloths.

After that we lost contact as she was staying at her sister house and working somewhere in Andheri. Once I met her at Vasai Railway station. I asked her how are you, she just smiled a faint smile; I saw she was not wearing mangalsutra; it was symbol of her marriage; so she was ready to break this marriage.

Then I asked Vasai Priest to call her; and make her understand, in next one month Priest called her office number so many times; not less than 50 Times as none of the Priest can do that much.

I also called her and she said next week her Father is coming to Bombay; come home and ask him if he says; she is ready to come back. On 29/9/2000 me and my dad who came to Bombay Again went to her Cousin home to take her back or talk. Her Father was also there, when we reached their home other than her Father, her sister husband and one more person were drinking alcohol; as soon as they saw my face her father came towards me to hit me as he was high in alcohol. Her cousin sister stopped him and said not in my house. Then he started to threatened me to break my limbs and back, we came back from there without talking anything and lodged complaint about it at Manikpur Vasai Police station LC No:1527/2000 dated 29/9/2000. For that also police did`t took any action.
