For last 7 years I have changed 2 lawyers;
1st lawyer not even came to court once, nor submitted any petition to drop the case even she has not came to the court for almost 7 years. He took 10,000 on 1st day then after that he never bothered to check the status of the case.
After 5 years I changed my lawyer, thinking second one will be good, as he told big big things till he get full money. On 1st date he showed, he is active and knowledgeable. May be he thought making some more money as I was working abroad, but he never thought I will write to judge complaining about him.
Before finalizing with him, I clearly told him, I cannot come for all the dates; he said he can manage that; no need to come for all the dates, only for final my presence is required. He will manage to drop the case in 2/3 sittings but now 2 years passed nothing happened.
Last year when I was present on one date, he did not came saying he has very urgent some other case.
After few months I wanted Roznama to show in my custody case that she is harassing me with 498a, he refuse to get me roznama and also told he is not my servant to do as I say.
Then I relies his motive, which he is not getting any more money and I am writing to judge directly.
Yesterday I got his Registered AD saying he is withdrawing from my case; he showed his real colour.
Reason I did not directed him, what to do;
What a funny reason.
As a lawyer he should know what to do. If I can direct my self why I want him. A lawyer.
And he don`t have my contact number..
He knows my address to send withdrawal copy of vakalathnama but do not have contact to inform me about my case.
When I called several time, he will not respond, even he stopped to send email and most of the time his mobile is out of coverage area.

The reason why he wrote his story online was because he is fighting against the Indian law system and trying to change the Dowry Law so that women would not misuse it against men. And they are doing well in the fight. Its not her fault, she just took advantage of what the indian judiciary offers her. If there was a loop hole in the indian law to get all Dhirubhai Ambani’s wealth, I would have definitely used it and then you would find Dhirubhai’s story on the internet and he would be fighting for a cause too. So, its not her fault… its the indian law system at fault and he is fighting against it.
