For years i have been harassed, without quashing my false 498a, Even she has not been to court for last 13 years.<\/p>\n

For last 13 years, i have been waiting for the day like this,<\/p>\n

TO PUNISH POLICE FOR TAKING FALSE AGAINST ME, AND CHARGESHEET WITHOUT ANY ENQUIRY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

and the breaking news is…..”The Supreme Court on Tuesday held that every acquittal in criminal cases should be understood as a failure of the justice delivery system and directed the State Governments to punish investigating officers in such cases.<\/em><\/p>\n

A bench of justices C K Prasad and J S Khehar expressed concern over the growing number of acquittals due to poor investigation and directed all state governments to put in place a mechanism within six months for proper training of its officers to ensure the accused is punished and at the same time innocent persons are not framed in criminal cases.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Every acquittal should be understood as a failure of the justice delivery system, in serving the cause of justice. Likewise, every acquittal should ordinarily lead to the inference that an innocent person was wrongfully prosecuted<\/em>.” [ News Source<\/p>\n
