It is a very sad and deplorable situation that you are in and I can feel your pain. If your family has been able to get bail, then 75% of your tension is over. Your bail matter is also just a question of time and nothing else. So don’t loose heart and have patience.

Sometimes, bail matters take time to sort out and loosing bail in the Sessions is no reason to loose heart. Apply in the High Court. Please remember that the quality of your lawyer is very important in such matters. A friend of mine gave me very sensible advise for my cases. He said “always hire the best lawyer that you can afford. A good lawyer is the crucial difference when it comes to winning or loosing a case”.
