Sir, The property in the name of mother and sons were transferred from husband10years before the case registered against husband. Actually some properties were purchased in 1986 by wife and case was registered in 2004. along with this there is a land also which was given in ‘hiba” by husband to wife and sons 4years before the case was registered.hiba is actually a way by which a muslim can tranfer his property of wife and sons or other relatives.

Also does the wife need to show the source of fund even for properties purchased in 1986, when source of fund cannot be asked beyond 6years of time frame this is a rule of income tax. kindly guide me on this points.
