I have gone through your matter , if your bhabhi ( wife of brother) has falsely alleged against all of you & implicated in bogus case of 498(a), 406 , you have no need to be emotional , you have to be reasonable to face our problem, you have to contest the said case with the help of your lawyer. If possible you may move before Highcourt for quashing FIR also. If it is proved that the said case is false you may prosecute her along with police for malicious prosecution , defamation & damages, there is provision of law.
