      Dear Sir

      I have filed crpc 205 (Represented through lawyer) in sc under 498a while it was rejected by the trail court and hc on the ground of reconcilation. IThere is no chance of reconcilation in muslims after the divorce. Trail court did not fix any date of reconcilation but rejected on the ground of reconcilation.

      Note:- On first hearing sc has asked both the parties to submit rejoinder.

      My exwife has got order of interim maintenance in dv which is under challange in hc for quashing but i am paying maintenance.

      My wife is not appearing in 125.

      SC is asking if i am giving maintenance no problem in getting 205.

      kindly advice while dv and 125 is going on can sc put condition of maintenance in granting 205 in 498a. where i can challange this order.

      No need to pay any maintenance unless there is order to pay.

      As you are asking Bail in 498a, there is no question of combining other cases or dismiss your petition.

      Even if its dismissed they have to give reasons to dismiss
