      me 125 crpc ka case jeeta hun kya 125 crpc ka judgement criminal case 498a me kaam ayega.

      498a ke case 3 person per laga h same intention (demanding dowry) or trial JMFC ke yeha pending hai. per 1 se jyada log hone per 34/IPC lagna jaruri hai lakin court ne sirf mujh per or meri maa or papa per sirf 498a ka charge lagaya hai.

      kya sirf 498a akeli act per case chal sakta hai.

      yes only with 498a person can be booked but police apply other supporting sections too.
