      Accused on bail. If convicted by magistrate under section 498A/406/323/34, will he be arrested at the time of pronouncement of conviction or they be given one month time to file an appeal in secession courts?

      At the time of verdict if accused are in court they are arrested there itself.

      If not there Arrest warrant will be issued if absconding
