      Hello, I am a recent victim of 498 A chargesheet is yet to be filed. We have a daugter whom we have adopted and is over 2 yrs old. I need some advice on the following

      1) At what stage should I file for Custody of child ? Since my contention is neither my wife nor her family members have thought of the future of the child before going all out to ruin me.

      2) Any idea of the considerations given the the court while granting an adoption ? Like say weightage for ability of father for providing a secure future for the child ?

      As adoption procedures already completed then, court will not check ist adopted or your own child, custody matter goes as your own child.

      and you have plus point in fighting this case as Mother is not childs biological Mother. so she may not have same love for Child.
