Application U/s 141 NIA read with Section 319 CrPC

I have moved a application U/s 141 of NIA act read with section 319 CrPC my file is in consideration. Court requires judgment to move application. I have filled case U/s 138 to company and its director. I moved application to involve all directors of company including one of director who signed the bounced cheque given to me earlier under above section. Please give advice hoe to proceed under above matter. Earlier when case was filled by advocate he didn’t make party to all directors instead he make party only company & its CFO.
