can anybody tell against which law women can ask for half share of property, house hold furniture, kitchen utensiles, etc of husband
is there any incidence / citation where wife gets half of above share from husband, pls provide details.
Can we use same law to claim for half of share of wife’s property and other areas
if not is there any such law which provide this support to men? what else can we do to get those our items which are
We are staying separate due to all these cases. All my belongings, are in house where she stays. She is not staying in my house. She is lecturer and staying in quarters provided by her college. I want all my items back, what should I do? My 498A is cleared with acquittal. now she filed a DV case.
