divorce

i am seperated from my wife just after a week from my marriage, she is not willing to stay with me so she has filed divorce petition 13B in the family court, The judge took 5 years to complete her case and finally from last one year judge is not giving the judgement, Now as years have gone so i am also willing to take the copy of the judgement so that i can also do whatever i like to do in my life. But this judge is not declaring the judgement i dont know what he is doing, we have no other allegation on each other neither have kids nor fighting just want the divorce thats it, well it is not a consent divorce bcuz i was not willing. But now i think i should also take the copy of divorce judgement. My question is does he can take such a prolong time to declare judgement? There is no time limit to give the judgement?
