Hello all,
I need your help in regard of my judicial seperation decree, i have been seperated from my wife since last 5 years and i filed suit for the declaration and finally i got the judicial seperation order and i have also able to pass the decree from the family court. Now my question is i want to apply for divorce decree on the ground of this judicial seperation so how it works ?
Bcuz i heard that after having judicial seperation decree you are entitled to get divorce order.?
Is it true?
