Hello, I filed for divorce in USA and my wife replied back to the divorce petition saying that she agrees for divorce . But after few days she filed for Domestic violence temporary restraining order . I decided to go for a trial to challenge domestic violence restating order , then she dropped the domestic violence restraint order in USA with prejudice with stipulation. But the next day after dropping Domestic violence restraining order in USA , my wife’s mother filed a false 498a case in India and issued a FIR . May I know what should I do now.
