Whether i am eligible to get the court order divorce decree? i have filed a family suit under (Christian) indian divorce act 10 in the year 2007 under my grounds of seperation of more than 2 years at the time of petition and crulty of my wife in these years till date by doing criminal cases on me under sec 294,323, 498 and DVA,The Present Status of the family court case is on order. i have also surrendered my passport due to her complaint to passport office.My wife is a govt.employee so she has not claimed for any maintainance and we dont have any kids during the 2 months of marriage life. Actually at the time of seperation we made a notarized deed of divorce and exchanged our belonging to each other.Now she has make up her mind only to harrass me and spoil my life. I request you to advise me that what will be the judgement

If she has filed criminal cases against you, challenge the same, try to quash the same in High Court.

Thank you for your suggestion, my request to you in my previous question is whether i can get decree of divorce on my grounds which i have mentioned in my first question. i have submitted all my evidence related to my case to the family court, also i have produced witnesses before the family court including that notary who had made our divorce deed in the year 2005. As per the facts and my evidence am i entitled to get Divorce Decree?

What are your grounds for her cruelty on you. you will not get Divorce just on desertion, it should coupled with other terms of Divorce.
As other cases are not proved then you can`t show them as cruelty.
there are some judgments on http://mynation.net/docs/sitemap/ about cruelty and filling false cases, use those judgmentas to prove your situation, hope that will work.
if she is not contesting then only one desertion also you will get ex parte Divorce.
