false 498a case filed against me and my parents

I have married a girl on 23 july 2009 IN Vijayawada andhra pradesh,i work in bihar PSU COMPANY after my marriage she stayed along with me for 7 months,i used to send some money to my parents from my salary i have one brother and one sister studying.but my wife didnot like it,one day i took her to my home for delivery purpose at my house my parents are discussing that your sisters marriage saying its your responsibility. My wife heard it and did not digest the matter and she hide her gold ,and pointing that my gold was theft by your parents this cause some issue,i left her at her house and went to my work place, after some days they started threatning me that we willfile harassment case against you through my friends, i did not expected that but she conceived a male baby not intimated me late by message,my parents and her parents live in same city but they intimated the news by telagram after 11 days of child born and put a498 a complant against me and my family members i found her thought is to seperate me from my parents. Finally after 3 months of struggle we came out on bail from high court of andhra pradesh, and one day after visiting my home town ,i and my parents were in railwaystation returning to my work place at 9:30pm 4 police persons came in dress and take us to police station saying she put another case against us and upt us upto 2 am.after that issue of 5 months suddenly she came to my work place and started harrasing me mentally and entered into my house forcefully with 10 month kid without removing the case against me and my family members still she is staying here and i am staying outside i complained to police no action was taken and they are supporting her and my officers also did no action i heard that she she came this place after talking with my officers nobody discussed this matter with me,now i am in dilemma situation all are showing lady sympathy but nobody knows her criminal mentality please any body suggest me what to do and how to tackle the situation.
