      SInce there is case going against me, Can I Still apply for greencard for Canada. Are these chargs, show stopper? Please advise

      You can apply when your GC interviews comes in 3 years your 498A may be over.

      get out of India as soon as possible

      Never let life stop more than is absolutely absolutely necessary, especially for something so destructive as a 498a case. Keep moving and you may soon leave these problems behind.

      To add to the suggestions, I would also suggest to keep your career moves or plans confidential and do not let your family/friends know to be on safer side.

      I think canada is not possible. Canada needs PCC on passport.
