I want to ask one question:
Suppose the girl signs the compromise deed( for separation and in which she mentions that she has no objection for quashing of the FIR against the boy of 498A ) and also enters into first motion of divorce too.
Subsequently she backs of from the compromise deed in front of the High Court…just to extract more money from the boy..
Does this judgement ( B S Joshi and state of haryana) hold good and would suffice for quashing of the FIR against the boy?
Pls answer.
Waiting…..
Thanks…

There is no relation in 498A and Divorce, if she signed compromise deed in lower court in 498a, you have sue her there for breaching it.
what is the case in HC, 498a or Divorce.
there are many judgments on quashing here http://mynation.net/docs/sitemap/
