Misuse of IPC – 498a (Dowry Prohibition Act )

My wife hates my family members including me without any reason. She is too selfish. Her first priority in life is only her carrier and money. She never cares for me my, 6 month baby and my ill mother. I have complained several time to her parents but now it’s clear that they also supporting her. In this situation I have been sent her to her parent’s house and called them to collect some social people form both side for all the problems solution. But instead of social meeting they are going to claim me for IPC – 498a (Dowry Prohibition Act).What I have to do Please Help
