      I’m a State Govt (West Bengal) employee and wanted to marry my 1st cousin ( mother’s sister’s daughter) who is also a State Govt (West Bengal) employee in another department. How ? We both are Hindu and unmarried.

      As you wish. If both are ready as per special marriage Act , you may marry.

      This a prohibited relation according to Hindu Marriage Act.
